Design brief

Laubman & Pank Optometrists are part of the Luxottica Group in Australia. They are passionate about making people’s lives better through authentic quality care for eyes.

Laubman & Pank came to Digital Garden to implement their new brand and design language onto an existing Drupal website hosted on Microsoft Azure. In addition to this, Digital Garden developed a new product area of the website to host Laubman & Pank’s extensive glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses catalogue.

Clean filtering system

Clean filtering system

A clean, easy to use filter tool was developed to allow customers to filter their results. Users can narrow down catalogue listings by brand, colour, sizing, frame shape and the likes.

We worked with beautiful illustrations - simple, flat shapes with slight use of gradients and outlines, which brings a modern look for the website.

Easy product uploads

Easy product uploads

Digital Garden developed a robust and easy to use functionality that allows Laubman & Pank to upload CSV spreadsheets to Drupal in order to update pricing, naming, sizing and other product details across the entire catalogue at the click of a button.

This functionality detects any new and changed products and works in conjunction with an API to call on and display product imagery from external providers.

Easy to use ‘Find in Store’ tool

Digital Garden developed a geo-location tool that searches for products within a 20km radius of any user.

This tool is API integrated and provides a user with in stock availability for the five closest stores to their person within the 20km radius.
