CHAIRS Global brings together some of the world’s most senior board leaders - creating a confidential and peer-led environment that reflects the unique demands of chair leadership. The platform is a place to access exclusive knowledge, elevate board performance, and connect with a growing international community of chairs.

Digital Garden was engaged as the design and development partner to bring the platform to life – creating a digital home for the CHAIRS Global community. From brand refinement to ongoing platform evolution, we continue to support CHAIRS Global in delivering a secure and intuitive experience that evolves with its members' needs.

Brand identity and design direction

We worked closely with the founders to evolve the early-stage logo and visual identity into a refined and authoritative brand system. With a contemporary typographic style and restrained colour palette, the design balances gravitas with a sense of community. The interface design embraces simplicity and clarity, ensuring chairs can quickly access key resources without distraction.

Designed for connection, built for security

The platform is built on Drupal and offers a gated experience, with content accessible only to authenticated members. Key features include:

A knowledge hub of curated content, articles, and videos
A private member clinic space for confidential peer-to-peer support
Modular architecture enabling future personalisation, learning programs, and multi-regional expansion

Security and confidentiality are at the core of the platform’s design – ensuring board leaders can engage with confidence in a private and respectful environment.

An evolving partnership

Digital Garden will continue working closely with CHAIRS Global to support and enhance the platform over time. This collaboration covers proactive monitoring and maintenance to ensure strong performance, as well as ongoing improvements to user experience and features shaped by member feedback. It also includes providing technical support and refining backend workflows, alongside strategic planning for future feature releases and regional expansion.

As the CHAIRS Global community grows, the focus remains on delivering a high-quality platform experience that supports and empowers the next generation of board leadership.
