Refreshed content hierarchy

Refreshed content hierarchy

Working closely with the client, we designed an improved information architecture to better showcase the disciplines and sectors that NBRS work within. It was also important to allow prospective clients to find out about the people who work for NBRS and the awards they have won, as well as make contact with the studios.

Digital Garden created an effective IA that has clear user pathways and is simplified for a broad range of audiences to engage with.

Modern, accessible design

Modern, accessible design

The previous website didn’t adequately reflect the scale and innovation behind the NBRS brand - it was outdated. Digital Garden created a new design that was fresh and modern with smooth animations and interactivity to better engage audiences.

Catering to current and future clients, future employees, and the general public, the NBRS website is now a digital product that their team can use to better advertise their brand and what they stand for.

A decoupled development approach

A decoupled development approach

Development followed a decoupled approach - a CMS hosted on CraftCMS and a frontend created using Next.js. This framework was already defined and in place on the existing website, Digital Garden ensured it was upgraded to latest versions and matched the frontend with the new web design.

Our expertise in handling decoupled websites allowed us to set up systems accurately, work efficiently, and troubleshoot connectivity issues with ease.

Results

The end result is a clean, well-branded advertising tool for NBRS to use - it is fast, set up with an excellent framework, and is easy for audiences to use. It has received great feedback from the wider NBRS team.
