A platform for the world's chairs

CHAIRS Global brings together board chairs from around the world to exchange perspectives, draw on expert insight and navigate the demands of leadership. Digital Garden helped shape its brand and built the secure digital platform behind that community. As CHAIRS Global’s offering has grown, so has the platform: members can now subscribe, access exclusive intelligence and explore its knowledge through askCHAIRS, an AI assistant developed by our AI partner.

CHAIRS Global needed an identity that would feel credible to senior leaders across markets, and a digital experience where confidential engagement could take place with confidence.

Working with its founders, Digital Garden developed the brand’s visual direction and designed a clear, discreet member experience. We built the platform on Drupal, with secure access, structured content and room to evolve as the community and its services grew.

A platform with membership at its core

The platform gives visitors a clear path from discovering CHAIRS Global to becoming a member. Individual members can join and pay through Stripe, complete account verification and gain access to the member experience. Corporate membership has its own enquiry path, while selected articles give prospective members a preview of the intelligence available inside.

For members, the value extends beyond a library of content. Articles, expert perspectives and peer exchange sit within a digital environment designed around the way busy chairs seek information: quickly, privately and when they need it.

A new way into CHAIRS Global’s knowledge

Years of writing, interviews and member conversations hold valuable insight. Finding the right passage at the right moment is harder. askCHAIRS gives members a way to ask a question in their own words and receive an answer drawn from that material, with the source documents identified so they can explore further.

Developed by Digital Garden’s AI partner and available within the CHAIRS Global member experience, the assistant keeps conversations private to each member. Members can choose which collections to draw from, return to previous conversations and follow a question through in context. The system runs within CHAIRS Global’s own AWS account, giving the organisation control over its material and the experience it offers members.

Digital Garden continues to develop the brand and Drupal experience as CHAIRS Global grows.
