Legrand Australia collaborated with Digital Garden to create a customer portal for its Rethink Electrical brand.
Before a builder visits a client for their electrical selection meeting when building a new home, they share the portal details with the client. The client will have the opportunity to explore the full range and options of products that Legrand has to offer. During the onsite visit, builder will then confirm the client's order on the portal.

Digital Garden completed a series of workshops with the Legrand stakeholders to map out the business requirements and user journeys for the portal.
We went through an in-depth design phase, creating the information architecture, interactive prototypes, and the UI components within Sketch. The designs were tested throughout the design process, with Legrand stakeholders and customers.
The portal works well across devices - whether viewing it on desktop, tablet or mobile - which is great for builders on the move.
