The brand was created to meet the needs of a market segment and price point that other MJH Group brands don’t cater for. To keep overheads low, Smart Start Homes is a purely digital brand with no display homes.
SolutionAs Hayman Homes and Smart Start Homes have similar positioning in regards to their very retail style offering of homes. The MJH Group looked to duplicate as much of the functionality of the Hayman Homes site as possible, in order to keep development costs down. Being a purely digital brand, it was also imperative that the site painted a picture of Smart Start Homes being a brand that is young, fun, vibrant, high quality and of great value.
Launching in early 2017, Smart Start Homes was designed and built with their key users in mind. The site is easy to navigate and directs users on the right path in discovering more and enquiring about Smart Start Homes’ house & land packages, upgrade packages and easy finance options.
