Legrand Australia is part of the global Legrand network that leads and specialises in electrical installations and digital building infrastructures. With 5 premium brands under its belt, Legrand Australia strives as a supplier to deliver benchmark customer experience across its portfolio.

Already having an established relationship after building their Rethink Electrical brand’s builder & customer engagement tool, Legrand Australia again approached Digital Garden to design and develop a new multisite solution for their Australian and New Zealand customer and trade websites.

Digital Garden worked closely with stakeholders at Legrand to provide a compelling and unified user experience on the new websites. This was achieved using a CMS framework that supports both the Australia and New Zealand website. It was developed to ensure there is no penalty for ‘duplicate content’ - this was a challenge posed by Legrand’s previous websites.

One key strategy involved innovative thinking to cater to both trade and consumer pathways,  focusing on a solution based approach to product categories and segments. This came to life through an iterative and collaborative design process involving input from stakeholders and customers at key points in the design process.

The final product reflects Legrand Australia’s position as a leader in the electrical space and unifies its content to deliver a first-class user experience.
