Already having an established relationship after building their Rethink Electrical brand’s builder & customer engagement tool, Legrand Australia again approached Digital Garden to design and develop a new multisite solution for their Australian and New Zealand customer and trade websites.
Digital Garden worked closely with stakeholders at Legrand to provide a compelling and unified user experience on the new websites. This was achieved using a CMS framework that supports both the Australia and New Zealand website, developed to ensure there is no penalty for ‘duplicate content’ – a challenge posed by Legrand’s previous websites. The website also integrates with Hotjar, allowing them to track conversions.
One key strategy involved innovative thinking to cater to both trade and consumer pathways through the site, focusing on a solution based approach to product categories and segments. This came to life through an iterative and collaborative design process involving input from stakeholders and customers at key points in the design process.
The final product reflects Legrand Australia’s position as a leader in the electrical space and unifies it’s content to deliver a first-class user experience.
