Danny
Danny bridges design and technology to build digital experiences that work beautifully from front to back.
Danny is a senior full-stack developer with particular expertise in frontend engineering, Drupal and GovCMS. He builds complex, accessible digital platforms for government, not-for-profit and regulated organisations.
Since joining Digital Garden in 2020, Danny has worked across some of the agency’s largest and most technically demanding projects. His experience includes work for Inner West Council, Comcare, the National Library of Australia, NABERS, Fidante, Bradfield City Centre and the Médecins Sans Frontières Medical Guidelines app.
Danny works across Drupal implementation, custom development, API integrations, content modelling, search and secure government-grade websites. His understanding of both frontend and backend development allows him to see how the entire platform fits together and create solutions that are scalable, maintainable and practical.
With strong expertise across Drupal, React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, Danny is particularly skilled at translating sophisticated designs into fast, responsive and accessible interfaces. He works closely with Digital Garden’s UX, design and project teams to ensure the finished product remains true to the original vision while meeting complex technical and governance requirements.
Danny also enjoys creating his own digital products and experimenting with new technologies. This curiosity and product mindset inform his approach to client work, helping him find practical ways to turn ideas into useful, well-crafted digital experiences.
Danny holds a Master of Information and Communications Technology with Distinction from Western Sydney University and is an Acquia-Certified Drupal Front End Specialist.
