Ralph
Ralph turns complex information into content people can easily find, understand and act on.
With more than 20 years of experience across government, legal, healthcare, financial services and professional communications, Ralph brings clarity and structure to complicated subjects.
At Digital Garden, Ralph works closely with our strategy, UX and project teams to develop content strategies, improve website information architecture and create clear, useful and persuasive digital content. His work ranges from content audits and planning through to page-level copywriting and content transformation.
Ralph has supported Digital Garden’s work for organisations including the NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian and local government clients, helping make essential information more accessible and easier for diverse audiences to navigate.
He also conducts AI visibility and Generative Engine Optimisation audits, helping organisations improve how their content is interpreted, cited and surfaced by AI-powered search tools.
A former commercial lawyer, Ralph combines analytical thinking with a practical understanding of language, audiences and organisational risk. This enables him to simplify complex or technical material without losing its meaning or accuracy.
