Digital Garden are on the lookout for a motivated and driven Digital Producer / Business Analyst to join our creative team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects including scoping, costing, project plans, client communication, feedback loops, and ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget.

With clients such as Médecins Sans Frontières, APRA, Macquarie University and McDonald Jones Homes, this role at Digital Garden will have you running projects for big-name clients. You will be working with a team of other digital producers/project managers, UX designers, UI designers and technical leads who all share a love of creating great digital solutions for businesses and users alike digital. We specialise in UX and Drupal is our technology of choice.

About the role:

At Digital Garden, our producers nurture projects from the initial scoping phase until deployment, helping to shape the final product with their ideas and digital expertise. With only a select few clients per producer, you will have the opportunity to throw yourself into each project, enabling you to truly understand your clients and be a part of creating the ideal solution for them.

Desired skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years agency experience managing digital projects

  • Great written and spoken communication skills

  • Having managed projects built using open source technologies - ideally with Drupal

  • Liaising with and managing UX, Design and Development resources, with both internal and external teams

  • Stakeholder management, running workshops and managing clients expectations

  • Functional requirements gathering, scoping and estimating digital projects

  • First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • High level knowledge in the digital space, innovation and technologies

  • A track record of delivering digital projects on time and within budget

Beneficial, though not essential:

  • UX experience such as running user interviews, card sorting exercises, putting together surveys and other UX activities

  • Any development experience

  • Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
