Cael has a broad and impressive background as a UX Strategist and Technical Lead. He helps people and organisations take advantage of the latest digital trends, optimising processes, improving strategy and finding online and offline sources for improving customer and user interaction.

He is an expert in UX design and human-centred design thinking, with frequent experience conducting user research, user testing, persona identification, story mapping, scenario mapping and product visualisation. His technical and development expertise helps translate our designed solutions into a proposed tech stack.

Cael has helped Digital Garden architect user experiences and technical solutions on many large UX projects including for CSIRO, NSQHS, UTS and Cumberland Council.
