Design brief

numobile is an exciting mobile phone and plan supplier company in the Australian telco space which have a new way of operating.

numobile aims to give their customers great products, prices and customer service, allowing them to be able to return or swap their phones and change their plan at any time.

numobile partnered with Digital Garden to build them an online ecommerce platform and members area, which is the shopfront to the numobile business.

The site integrates into multiple systems including:

Payment gateway from Braintree
Online chat functionality from Zendesk
Google Analytics tracking
Marketo as a CRM
Operating on the Telstra network
A telco platform that manages plans and transactions

Agile sprint based development

Digital Garden worked closely with the numobile team in an agile scrum methodology where we addressed features incrementally in an iterative approach through sprints.
This approach allowed the new mobile team to make design changes on the fly and throughout the development life cycle as the platform evolved.

Results

Since launching the website, numobile have gone from strength to strength, offering quality refurbished phones paired with great value plans. This has allowed customers to spend their hard earned money on other things that matter to them.
