Digital Strategy

A digital strategy is the process of deploying select online initiatives
to help realise your business objectives, opportunities and vision.
It can include a combination of several initiatives - from workshop
planning to email marketing - the challenge is identifying which
initiatives and how they can best achieve those goals.

Workshops and planning

Getting a web strategy together requires early collaboration between all stakeholders. Collectively, when then arrive at an online strategy, complete with realistic milestones and measurable criteria, all overseen by our flexible, professional project management methodology.

This ‘blueprint for a way forward’ is best facilitated in planning workshops, where various solutions can be examined as part of your digital strategy to best align with business objectives.

Information architecture

A site map is a visual rendering of all the pages and sections within your site and how they’re connected. It’s final form very much impacts the effectiveness of any search engine optimisation (SEO) and web strategy intentions, which is why high-ranking keywords should be considered as names for important pages and sections.

Information architecture (IA) is easy to get wrong and unfortunately hard to fix. We like to get this stuff right from the start. In this sense, information architecture (IA) is the foundation on which the whole site sits, and can often involve several planning workshops to ensure the resulting information architecture perfectly aligns with your digital strategy.
