Working with Vox Group, we were commissioned to develop an on-line voting game, Hot to Trot, to promote the Randwick Spring Racing Carnival for the AJC. Race goers would upload their photos in their best gear to enter in the running for HOT TO TROT. There was over $100,000 worth of prizes to be won!

what we did

The sites concept was based upon the Randwick Spring Carnival’s Prince and Princess’s advertising campaign. Photographers were stationed out at Randwick Racecourse to take photos of people flaunting their racing style to enter in the competition!

Using our home grown Content Management System, IVY, we manage to create the hot to trot voting site in two weeks, just in time for the Spring Carnival.

People could enter the race and rate their friends in the competition. The competitor's chances of winning were calculated and displayed like when betting at the races - 200-1, 50-1, 8-1.
